Since 2005, business partners Joe and Roy, set out to create quality Italian food favorites to thousands of satisfied customers around central and upstate NY.
Combining the experience of an Italian import salesman, Joe, and son of a pizza shop owner, Roy, they left their jobs and started their first pizza shop in Syracuse. From its humble beginnings on 489 James St., OIP has grown to over six locations in Syracuse, Liverpool, Mattydale, and Watertown.
OIP have held to the idea of “original” from our hand tossed pizzas including the original tomato pie to the famous “char-grilled wings”. We know quality food and service is what our customers expect. Providing that has allowed our business to grow and serve many more communities.
